Made with 100% Durum Wheat Semolina.

PREMIUM QUALITY HAND ROLLED EGG FRESH PASTA.

This product must be kept chilled at 2 - 4°C or can be frozen. It has a shelf life of 28 days packed using controlled atmosphere packaging. Once opened will last up to 4 days chilled.

Supplied in 2.5 kg or 1 kg food service pack, or 500g retail pack. One 2.5 kg bag = 15 x 170g bundles approx.

This pasta is worked through steel rollers that mimic the rolling pin effect of hand-made pasta. It cooks in a few minutes to a beautiful “al dente“ quality.

These noodles have been developed with the help of Asian chefs and are made to authentic Asian recipes. They are rolled the same way as fresh pasta therefore have the firm texture required for the demanding Asian palate.
 

  • EGG NOODLES: Cut 1 x 1 mm. Thin yellow noodle, made from wheat flour. Good for fried crispy noodles, or soup.
  • HOKKIEN NOODLES: Cut 2 x 2 mm. Thick yellow egg noodle, used throughout Southeast Asia.
  • UDON NOODLES: Cut 2 x 2 mm. Thick creamy white eggless noodle, used widely in Japan, China and Korea.
  • SOBA NOODLES: Cut 2 x 2 mm. Speckled brown eggless noodle, made from buckwheat and wheat flour.
