FILLED PASTA

Our ravioli are produced on a machine that utilises 2 separate sheets of pasta to copy the hand-made style, and allows us to use very flavoursome soft fillings. This means you only need to use light sauces that complement the flavour of the filling. The pasta is made with durum wheat semolina and pasteurised eggs. It may also be flavoured or coloured in the same way as the fresh pasta. The fillings can be made of cheese, meat or vegetables.

All our filled pasta must be kept frozen. It has a shelf-life of 12 months from date of manufacture and should be cooked from frozen in plenty of salted water. All except the cannelloni are supplied in 1 kg bags free-flow frozen.

RAVIOLI: Small squares 28 x 28 mm, 100g = 25 pieces.

  • SPINACH & RICOTTA - spinach pasta filled with ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, parmesan cheese, herbs and spices.
  • PUMPKIN & FRESH BASIL - turmeric pasta filled with pumpkin, fresh basil & ricotta cheese.
  • SMOKED CHICKEN & SUNDRIED TOMATOES - one side plain and one side tomato pasta filled with smoked chicken spiked with sundried tomatoes.

  • PUMPKIN & FRESH BASIL - turmeric pasta filled with pumpkin, fresh basil & ricotta cheese.
  • SUNDRIED TOMATO & MUSHROOM - one side plain, one side tomato pasta filled with sundried tomatoes, ricotta cheese and a mushroom duxelle.
  • SMOKED SALMON - one side plain, one side tomato pasta filled with a rich smoked salmon and ricotta cheese mixture.

  • VENISON & BLUEBERRIES - plain pasta stuffed with aged Cervena slow cooked with onions, blueberries and spices.

  • BLUE CHEESE & WALNUT - herb pasta filled with blue cheese, spinach, ricotta, "Cracker of a Nut" walnuts and spices.
  • SPINACH & RICOTTA - spinach pasta filled with ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, parmesan cheese, herbs and spices.
  • CHICKEN & BASIL PESTO - plain pasta, chicken and vegetables spiced with Pasta d’Oro Basil Pesto
  • BEEF & SUNDRIED TOMATO PESTO - tomato pasta filled with beef braised with onions, carrots and a selection of spices and Pasta d’Oro Sundried Tomato Pesto.
  • 4 CHEESE - herb pasta filled with a creamy combination of parmesan, egmont, blue cheese, and ricotta.
  • VENISON & FUNGHI PORCINI - mushroom pasta filled with aged Cervena and Italian wild mushrooms.

Supplied in bags of 20 or 10 tubes, free-flow frozen.

  • CHICKEN & MUSHROOM - plain pasta, chicken and vegetables mixed with sautéed mushrooms.
  • SPICY BEEF - plain pasta, beef braised with onions, carrots, cumin, coriander and a hint of chilli.
  • SPINACH & RICOTTA - spinach pasta filled with ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, parmesan cheese, herbs and spices.
  • MUSHROOM & SPINACH - tomato pasta filled with mushroom duxelle, ricotta and chopped spinach.
  • PUMPKIN & FETA - spinach pasta filled with pumpkin, sundried tomatoes, feta, parmesan & fresh basil.
